This 6-month program enables coaches and other helping professionals to effectively use the immunity-to-change approach (as described in our most recent book, The Immunity to Change, Harvard Business Press, 2009) as part of their existing repertoire. Limited to 16 participants, the program consists of two seminars in Cambridge, phone-conferences, e-links, and a supervised coaching trial. For more information, see Coach Certification Program. The first residency in Cambridge is October 20-22, 2010 and the second residency will be two days in March 2011 (dates to be announced during the program).
