Train the Trainers Institute

We have been gratified to receive so many enthusiastic responses to How the Way We Talk from executive coaches, organizational consultants, and in-house HR officers - people who think to use our learning designs in their own work.

Because we have learned a great deal over the years about ways to conduct this work with a wide variety of clients and configurations, and because we are interested in fostering a network of fellow-practitioners who can successfully incorporate it into their practice and learn from each other, we are offering training institutes to strengthen people's capacities to run these learning designs.

The institutes give us a chance to meet potential colleagues, to further the creation of a practice network, and to certify people who wish to represent themselves as trained by us in this work.
