Using Immunity to Change in Organizations
An introduction to Immunity to Change™ designed for leaders, internal coaches, and HR and learning partners who are curious about ITC but haven't yet had a way in. We'll cover the core ideas, why they matter for real organizational change, and illustrate with a short case. The group is kept small to allow time for discussion and Q&A. Spots are limited to those who do not yet have experience coaching or facilitating ITC.
