Programs
Enter at the stage that matches where you are.
Minds at Work programs are organized around a practitioner journey — from first encounter with Immunity to Change™, through to certified practice and ongoing deepening. Start where you are. Go as far as the work takes you.
For anyone
Work your own Immunity to Change™ Map
A personal development experience — not training in the method, but working through the process on something that truly matters to you. If you have a goal you've been unable to reach, the Change Course is where you work on that.
The Change Course
A six-week cohort that guides you through your own Immunity to Change™ Map — helping you see what you've been trying to change, what's been working against it, and what's actually underneath. You'll leave with a clear map and a new way of understanding why change is hard.
For coaches & facilitators
Learn to facilitate ITC with clients
Where coaches and facilitators typically begin — whether or not they've done the Change Course first. Which program you start with depends on your context: the ITC Facilitator's Workshop is for group and workshop settings; ITC for 1:1 Coaching: Maps and Tests is for one-on-one coaching.
ITC Facilitator's Workshop
For facilitators, OD practitioners, and leadership developers who work with groups. Three days — and you leave able to run the full Immunity to Change™ Map process in workshop and group settings.
ITC for 1:1 Coaching: Maps and Tests
For coaches who work one-on-one. A curriculum-based program that develops the depth and precision to facilitate Immunity to Change™ Maps skillfully in individual coaching relationships.
For working practitioners
Expand and deepen your practice
Once you've used ITC with clients and seen what it can do, there's substantial territory to explore — applying the framework to teams, going deeper into the underlying theory, or developing specialized diagnostic skills.
ITC with Teams
Extends the Immunity to Change™ process into team settings — helping practitioners facilitate team-level competing commitments and design the conditions for collective growth.
Introduction to Adult Development Theory
A deeper look at the developmental framework that gives ITC its intellectual foundation — Kegan and Lahey's theory of how adults continue to grow in complexity of mind throughout their lives.
SOI Training
Training in the Subject-Object Interview — a structured diagnostic tool that allows practitioners to assess an individual's current stage of adult development. Used extensively in coaching and organizational work.
For experienced practitioners
Become a Certified ITC Coach
Certification is the threshold into full membership of the Minds at Work faculty community — a twelve-month intensive that deepens your practice and earns you recognized standing in the field.
Coach Certification Program
A twelve-month cohort for experienced practitioners ready to commit fully to ITC. You'll emerge with certified standing, a place in the faculty directory, and an ongoing role in the community of practice that shapes where this work goes next.

Minds at Work works with organizations directly — embedding ITC into leadership development, culture change, and team effectiveness.
