What this is

A way to demonstrate — and have recognized — your skill with the Map.

Completing a Minds at Work program gives you the knowledge and initial practice to work with the Immunity to Change™ Map. The Qualified ITC Map Facilitator credential is for practitioners who have gone further — who have used the Map with real clients and want a recognized marker of their proficiency.

The process is practical and assessment-based: you submit client maps you have created in your own practice, and a Minds at Work Faculty Coach evaluates them directly. It is not a course or a re-training — it is a demonstration of work you have already done.

The credential is one-time and does not expire. Coaches who receive it can display the Qualified ITC Map Facilitator emblem on their website and professional materials.

Prerequisite

ITC Facilitator's Workshop or ITC for 1:1 Coaching: Maps and Tests

Application fee

$935

Credential

Qualified ITC Map Facilitator emblem (no expiration, no renewal required)

Requirements

Who is eligible to apply.

The credential is open to anyone who has completed either of the two entry-level Minds at Work programs and has been working with the Map in practice.

  • You have completed the ITC Facilitator's Workshop or ITC for 1:1 Coaching: Maps and Tests (any year)
  • At least 30 days have elapsed since completing either program
  • You have two typed client Immunity to Change™ Maps to submit, created after completing your program

The process

Four steps from application to credential.

01

Submit your application

Complete the application form and submit two typed client Immunity to Change™ Maps that you created after attending the Facilitator's Workshop or ITC for 1:1 Coaching: Maps and Tests. Include a brief written reflection on each map.

02

Join a 45-minute assessment call

A Minds at Work Faculty Coach will review your maps and meet with you for a 45-minute phone or video call. During the call, they will assess your maps and ask you to assess an additional Immunity to Change™ Map they provide.

03

Receive a decision

The Faculty Coach will either recommend you for the credential or identify areas for further skill development before re-applying. If additional development is needed, we will follow up with specific guidance.

04

Receive your credential emblem

If the credential is granted, you will receive the Qualified ITC Map Facilitator emblem — suitable for display on your website or other professional materials — along with additional information about the credential.
