Application Workshop · 1:1 Coaching
Using ITC in one-on-one coaching
How to guide one person through the map over time — with the depth and precision a sustained coaching relationship makes possible.
Registration opens late June 2026.
What this workshop covers
Depth comes from staying with someone across multiple conversations.
In a coaching relationship, ITC isn't a single-session intervention — it unfolds over time. This workshop focuses on how to guide one person through the map with precision: listening for the competing commitment beneath the surface, helping surface the big assumption, designing tests that actually move learning forward, and pacing the work across multiple conversations without losing the thread.
The particular challenge in coaching is staying close to the person's own experience while also bringing enough rigor to help them see their system clearly. This workshop is about learning to do both — not as separate skills, but as one integrated practice.
