Stage 1 · For coaches & facilitators
Application Workshops
Three one-day workshops — each focused on bringing ITC into a specific practice context.
Application Workshops are available standalone for practitioners who have already completed the theory foundations — through Immunity to Change: Foundations to Application, the Facilitators' Workshop, or ITC for 1:1 Coaching. If you haven't completed one of those programs, the right starting point is Foundations to Application, which includes an Application Workshop in the tuition.
Choose your context
Each workshop focuses on one practice setting.

1:1 Coaching

Teams
How to extend ITC into team settings, where the work shifts from individual maps to collective patterns — surfacing team-level competing commitments, connecting individual and shared dynamics, and designing experiments that move a team from insight to action.
